Join us for casual cocktails by the Westin’s many outdoor pools! Settle in, breathe in the ocean breeze, and relax after your day of travels. We know that you'll be arriving at different times, so feel free to drop-in at your leisure. Kids are welcome!

The venue is al fresco, so please dress accordingly (i.e. bring layers). There is also a heated pool and jacuzzi if anyone is feeling adventurous!

We’re leaving most of the day open in case you’d like to explore the island, go golfing, take a beach walk, go to the spa, rent bikes, take a fitness class, etc. And then in the evening...

Valentine’s Party with Optional Dance Class & Karaoke!

Let’s celebrate Valentine’s Day together at Fred Astaire Hilton Head Island for an evening of togetherness, food & drinks, and optional dancing and singing, courtesy of the mother of the groom. Kids are welcome!

This will be a relaxed, laid-back evening with a dance class that’s easy for all levels, as well as karaoke. Please join us whether or not you’d like to dance or sing (there will be no pressure!).

When: 5:00 - 9:00 PM

*5:00-6:30: Drinks and chatting / Optional line dancing class

(Please arrive by 5pm if you’d like to join the class)

*6:30: Casual dinner is served

*7:00: Karaoke begins (also optional)

*9:00: Lights out

If you’d like to join the dance class, please wear clothing you can easily move in. ***Shoe update from the dance studio: Any kind of shoes will be great! Sneakers, boots, blue suede shoes, you name it.***

Cocktail Attire: Suits, dresses, and most importantly, dancing shoes! Note that our ceremony and cocktail hour will be OUTDOORS (weather permitting), so please bring a warm layer just in case. The reception will be indoors.

Free parking is available onsite.

Ceremony (4:00 PM):

Signage will direct you to the outdoor ceremony location at the Oceanfront Deck.

Cocktail Hour (4:30 - 5:30):

Enjoy cocktails and hors d’oeuvres on the outdoor deck before the reception begins.

Reception (5:30 - 10:00 PM):

The party continues (onsite and indoors) at the Grand Ocean Terrace, where we’ll celebrate together with dinner and dancing.

After Party (10:00 PM - 12:00 AM):

If you’re up for it, please join us as we walk over to the indoor Oceans bar, where we’ll continue the celebration from 10 PM until midnight, courtesy of the father of the groom!
